Henne Schuwer, EU Council Diplomacy and the Software Patent Directive

Henne Schuwer is the permanent representative of the Netherlands who was in charge of handling the software patent directive dossier in 2004. Schuwer exerted strong pressure on diplomats of member countries, particularly Poland, not to put the Software Patent Agreement of May 18th into question again.

He does not mention the motion of the Dutch Parliament.
